Proven Methodology and Architecture
The SuttonSoft Development approach is based on the Fusebox Lifecycle Process (FLiP) project management methodology. The first step in this process is the defining of personas so that we build goal-based software, rather thinking entirely in terms of only features. Next we produce a wireframe of the application utilizing the process modeling and framework software, Adalon, by Synthis. This gives us both requirements documentation as well as a click-thru defining the flow of the application. Following the creation of the our wireframe, a graphic user interface is designed and a working HTML prototype is built. In this step the final application is defined. Once the prototype is complete, the application is architected with fuseactions defined and organized into circuits, while the fusedoc XML documentation is written as a definition as to how the fuses will be coded and what their unique functions are. Once the architecture is defined, coding of the fuses begins. With each fuse that is coded, it is tested to ensure that it executes as planned. As fuses and entire circuits are completed, they are integrated into the application and tested on a staging environment. Finally, when all fuses are complete and the application is tested successfully on a staging environment, the application deploys to a live environment as another successful application.
