Sandlapper Real Estate Group of Charleston, SC, has contracted SuttonSoft, Inc. to create a custom Real Estate Portal to serve the needs of its agents and customers. The application includes a site redesign along with a new approach to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) searches, a state of the art Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and a complete realty accounting system. In a future phase these features will be combined with a seamlessly integrated real estate sales and technology training system to keep agents up to date with their skill set and latest messages from their own Broker In Charge - all in a single Real Estate Portal.

HRDQ Selects SuttonSoft, Inc. for Learning Management System Architecture and Development

HRDQ selected SuttonSoft, Inc. to architect and build their new learning management system which will manage the events and assessments for thousands of facilitators and learners. HRDQ's assessments, simulations, games, and activities engage and involve, giving individuals the opportunity to practice skills, interact, and learn by doing. The result: participants not only remember concepts long after the training session ends — they also know how to put them into immediate action.

This first phase of the project included the integration of HRDQ's popular assessment, What's My Communication Style?. Future phases will include the integration of over 80 assessments which cover topics ranging from Achieving Peak Performance to Selling Skills Inventory.

SuttonSoft was selected due to our unique experience in e-learning software development combined with SuttonSoft, Inc. being a leader in the fields of Enterprise Level Software Architecture, ColdFusion Application Development, the Fusebox Methodology, Database Design, and Customer Service.

Smithsonian Institution Archives of American Art Selects SuttonSoft for Site Redesign and Development

The Smithsonian Institution has contracted SuttonSoft, Inc. to design and develop the new Archives of American Art (AAA) Collection Guides website in addition to three new guide sites and three new exhibition sites.

Our missions was to bring the AAA's collections of millions of digital assets to the web in an engaging and user-friendly interface for the approximately 12 million web users annually who currently connect to the Archives' website. Included in the projects is the development of a search engine that will be engineered to help learners and researchers quickly find relevant information in one or all of the new AAA websites.

SuttonSoft was selected due to our team's unique ability to develop captivating e-learning applications with world class graphic designs powered by state of the art technologies. Our expert skills in ColdFusion MX 7, Microsoft SQL Server, the Fusebox Lifecycle Process (FLiP) methodology, and Fusebox 4.1 architecture were all factors in the selection process.
