Sandlapper Real Estate Group of Charleston, SC, has contracted SuttonSoft, Inc. to create a custom Real Estate Portal to serve the needs of its agents and customers. The application includes a site redesign along with a new approach to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) searches, a state of the art Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and a complete realty accounting system. In a future phase these features will be combined with a seamlessly integrated real estate sales and technology training system to keep agents up to date with their skill set and latest messages from their own Broker In Charge - all in a single Real Estate Portal.

HRDQ selected SuttonSoft, Inc. to architect and build their new learning management system which will manage the events and assessments for thousands of facilitators and learners. HRDQ's assessments, simulations, games, and activities engage and involve, giving individuals the opportunity to practice skills, interact, and learn by doing. The result: participants not only remember concepts long after the training session ends — they also know how to put them into immediate action.
This first phase of the project included the integration of HRDQ's popular assessment, What's My Communication Style?. Future phases will include the integration of over 80 assessments which cover topics ranging from Achieving Peak Performance to Selling Skills Inventory.
