Project Development and Lifecycle methodology

In the projects listed below web development and project management skills were utilized in the following ways:
  • A non-graphic click-through wireframe is created in order to discover the business process for which the application is being built
  • A site prototype is designed and developed in static HTML which represents the final application
  • Prototype Freeze and sign-off occurs after a comment/alter cycle of the prototype results in a complete application model
  • The complete application is mapped and architected with every template of the application created and commented (using Synthis' Adalon mind-mapping software)
  • Each template, custom tag, custom function, and ColdFusion Component is coded using simulated queries where applicable (CFML)
  • Each "unit" of the application is tested
  • The datamodel is designed (with Embarcadero ER/Studio), the database is generated (for SQL Server) and the queries / stored procedures are written (in SQL)
  • The integrated application is tested
  • The completely tested application is deployed
  • The project is completed successfully
