This LMS is flexible enough to drive HTML-based courses, Microsoft Windows Media Player based courseware, and Flash-based courseware - all in one integrated system. To answer the problem of accountability, we developed and integrated a sophisticated tracking and reporting system into the LMS which allows Managers to have real-time access to the results of their reports. Executives further have the ability to run aggragate level reporting in order to gain statistics on the completion of training, to understand the effectiveness of content delivery regarding quiz question performance, as well as to drill down to managers whose team members are behind schedule or not performing satisfactorily. Perhaps one of the most rewarding features is the ability of a manager to play back and listen to any voice recordings that a team member made during certain flash-based interactions.
